Currently, registration is free. Starting in 2025, we will introduce premium membership options that will offer additional features for those seeking greater visibility and advanced tools.
In case of a booking, EventPlanix applies either an additional coordination fee on top of your price, or a referral fee for certain types of suppliers. In the first case, the cost is charged to the client, while in the second case, the referral fee will be billed directly to the supplier. During the acceptance phase, this will be clearly defined.
EventPlanix maintains a closed number of selected suppliers to ensure quality and smooth collaboration. For us, an ideal supplier shares our values: they must be easily reachable, collaborative, and oriented towards a simple and effective working relationship. EventPlanix is developed by Stagend, and the supplier engine uses similar logic to Stagend.com, so there might be some name overlaps. Additionally, all payments are handled directly by Stagend Ltd.
